Over the past year, the team at Phineas has been busy behind the scenes. We’ve been designing, innovating, and working closely with our clients to ensure we remain proactive in an ever-changing retail landscape. Our goal remains the same: we create footwear hangers that are cleverly designed and actually work. We believe that using responsible materials shouldn’t mean a compromise in quality, and our latest products prove exactly that.
Innovation with Integrity
When we speak with our partners, sustainability goals and regulatory alignment, such as Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and Plastic Packaging Taxes, are consistently at the top of the agenda.
To meet these challenges head-on, we have shifted our focus toward GRS (Global Recycled Standard) Polypropylene (PP).
Our technical and design teams have successfully developed innovative concepts to recreate some of our most popular Polystyrene (PS) products using PP. So, why the switch?
Better Recyclability: Unlike PS, which is notoriously difficult to process, the infrastructure for recycling PP is firmly established.
Circular Economy: PP is easily integrated into "closed-loop" recycling schemes, making it a much more responsible choice for the planet.

We wanted our online presence to reflect our commitment to top-tier design and responsible manufacturing. We’ve created a clean, easy to use online space with a visual identity that nods to our core ethos.
Most importantly, our entire product range, including the first wave of our new PP hangers, is now available to view anytime in our digital product catalogue, which you can download directly from the site.
