We hope you are well! The sunshine of this weekend is certainly helping to bring some much needed positivity.
Just to let you know Phineas Group UK is now settling into a home routine… kicking off with a group chat this morning 😉.
We’re available to answer your queries in our usual timely manner and we’ll endeavour to support you in these challenging times.

It’s good to be in touch… although we would prefer if it was not in relation to COVID-19.
Phineas Group (UK) and Phineas Group (HK) are open for business as usual. All of our office teams are able to work from home and at the current time our Factory in China is open and at 70% capacity.
We will do all we can to support you in these challenging times and shall endeavour to get product shipped out with the minimal impact on your business.

Dear All,
Phineas Group UK remains in close communication with Phineas Group HK office for updates on when our China factory will reopen.
Our factory in Shenzhen is awaiting government inspection for approval to re-open and expect this to be completed by 2nd March at the latest.

Dear All,
As you know, Phineas Group UK is keeping in close communication with our team in China and Hong Kong.
Following the Corona Outbreak, Phineas Group HK office reopened on 10th February and the staff there are available to accept orders & answer any queries regarding pricing and deliveries.
Our factory in Shenzhen will remain closed this week with a new expected re-opening date of 17th February, subject to government approval.

Dear All,
Following the Coronavirus outbreak, Phineas Group UK is keeping in close communication with our team in China and Hong Kong. Our thoughts and concerns are with our colleagues, family and friends that are affected by this epidemic.
Whilst updates about the Coronavirus can be followed in the media, on a practical level, it is changing daily in China. We are in contact with our team in Hong Kong and China every day regarding the extended Chinese New Year Closures. At the present time, our factory in Shenzhen and our Office in HK will be closed until 10th February.
Any further updates to this situation will be posted here. Rest assured, we will do our upmost to minimise disruption to your business wherever possible.
